Hamilton & Sterrett, is a small but highly motivated group of civil engineers, surveyors and land planners. We specialize in residential, commercial and light industrial development throughout the Kansas City metropolitian and surrounding counties, including Kansas.

Since our establishment in 1996, our company has been providing civil engineering, land surveying and land planning in Lee’s Summit for a variety of clients and various projects. Our staff currently has six employees including the firm partners. Through the years, our team has become well versed in the policies and requirements for engineering, land planning, surveying and project preparation in the Eastern Jackson County communities that we currently work in.

We are located near downtown Lee's Summit, Missouri, just off of 3rd Street and Noel, in
the 500 West Business Center Complex.
